1. Agreement
Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please leave.
These terms govern your use of voiaxis.com, operated by Voiaxis Ltd. By accessing the site you agree to them. The Jamme application, Jamme Ads Studio and Jamme Market are governed by their own terms presented inside those products; these website terms do not create an account, a licence to the app, or any commercial relationship.
2. What the site is for
Information about Voiaxis and Jamme. Nothing here is an offer, advice or a promise of features.
Content on this site describes our company, our thesis and products in development. Roadmaps, dates and feature descriptions are statements of intention, not commitments, and may change without notice. Nothing on the site constitutes investment, legal or financial advice or an offer of securities in any jurisdiction.
3. Intellectual property
Our words, marks and design are ours. Link to us freely; do not copy us.
All content, the Voiaxis and Jamme names and marks, the Wedge device, Jimmy, and the phrases "Social, but Human" and "There's a human inside" are the property of Voiaxis Ltd or its licensors. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce, scrape, mirror or use our content or marks for training machine-learning systems without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
No attacks, no scraping, no impersonation.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its availability, automatically harvest content or personal data, or present yourself as Voiaxis or a person connected with it. We may block access from sources that do so and report unlawful conduct to the authorities.
5. Third-party links
We link to the app stores and to partners. Their terms apply there.
The site links to third-party services including the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep it correct and online; we cannot guarantee either.
The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information is complete or current.
7. Liability
We are not liable for losses from using an information website, except where the law says we must be.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voiaxis Ltd excludes liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other applicable law.
8. Grievance Officer and complaints
A named person, a working email address, and a deadline.
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 and the DPDP Act 2023, our Grievance Officer can be reached at privacy@voiaxis.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
9. Changes
We will date every change and give notice of material ones.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced on the site at least 14 days in advance.
10. Governing law
Indian law, courts in Panaji, without taking away rights you have at home.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panaji, Goa have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
