How we treat what you tell us

Voiaxis Ltd ("Voiaxis", "we") is the data fiduciary for personal data processed through voiaxis.com under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and its 2025 Rules, and the controller under the GDPR and UK GDPR where those apply to visitors outside India. The Jamme application is governed by its own privacy policy inside the app; where this document refers to Jamme it does so for context only.

We collect: (a) the data you send us when you write to us (name, email address, the content of your message); (b) server logs held for 30 days containing IP address, user agent and pages requested, used only for security and reliability; (c) analytics only if you consent to it in the cookie notice, in which case a privacy-preserving, cookie-less counter records page views without an identifier that can be tied to you. We do not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting, social-media pixels or cross-site trackers anywhere on this site.

Replying to your messages: performance of your request (DPDP s.4; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Security logging: legitimate use for the security of our systems (DPDP s.7; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics: your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, given through the cookie notice and withdrawable at any time by reopening it (DPDP s.6; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). We do not process any data for behavioural advertising.

voiaxis.com is a corporate site not directed at children. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18 without verifiable parental consent as DPDP s.9 requires. The Jamme app enforces a separate age gate and a Teen Mode for 15–17 year olds; those rules live in the app policy.

Personal data is shared only with processors who act on our written instructions: our hosting and email providers. Data may be stored or processed outside India only in jurisdictions not restricted by the Central Government under DPDP s.16, and for EU/UK visitors only under Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics resellers.

Correspondence is retained until your request is resolved and for 12 months after, then deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer. Security logs are deleted after 30 days. Records of consent are retained for 3 years to demonstrate compliance. Deletion is performed on our systems and instructed to processors within 30 days.

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, and nominate a person to exercise these rights for you (DPDP s.11–14). EU/UK visitors additionally have the rights to restriction, portability and objection (GDPR art. 15–21). Write to privacy@voiaxis.com. We respond within 30 days, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority in the EU or the ICO in the UK.

All traffic is served over TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it, logged and reviewed. In the event of a personal data breach we notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals without undue delay, within the timelines set by the DPDP Rules, and supervisory authorities within 72 hours where the GDPR applies.

We set a single first-party cookie to remember your consent choice for 12 months. If you accept analytics, a cookie-less counter runs; no further cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Blocking all cookies in your browser does not affect the site.

Material changes are posted here with a new effective date at least 14 days before they take effect. Where consent is the basis for processing we will ask again rather than rely on silence.
